This beginner friendly information seminar will give you all the knowledge to help ease your worries and make your first triathlon experience memorable.

Team “Iron Gurl” - Lake Las Vegas Iron Girl Sprint Group Triathlon Training

Train as a team with Leaping Dog Racing for the Sprint distance Aflac Iron Girl in Lake Las Vegas on May 15, 2010. (Distances are 800 m swim - 30K bike - 5 K run.) Join coach Deanne on coached Monday evening swims (8-9 PM) at the YWCA - downtown (Fitness on 5th) starting Jan. 11/10 and/or coached Wednesday evening bricks (bike/runs) at Ridleys starting Feb. 17/10. You also will be provided your own supplementary training program to follow with your individual goals in mind!  (No group sessions the week of April 5.) “Team Iron ‘Gurl’ - Las Vegas” will also include 5 Saturdays during the program for “mini-camps” regarding specific topics and workouts for meeting your goals for a destination triathlon.
