All levels include the following:

TRI-1 PERSONAL TRIATHLON COACHING

ONLINE MONTHLY PROGRAMS TAILORED TO YOUR FITNESS LEVEL, GOALS AND LIFESTYLE.

$60 (one time fee) for 60-minute initial consultation and assessment fee (can be via phone or face-to-face depending on location)
$130/month with a 4-month commitment
$60/hour for additional one-on-one coaching (if schedule permits)

$40  ATA membership fee (annual) if non-ATA member

TRI-2 PERSONAL TRIATHLON COACHING

Calgary (and surrounding area) clients only – LIMIT OF 3 ATHLETES

ONLINE MONTHLY PROGRAMS TAILORED TO YOUR FITNESS LEVEL, GOALS AND LIFESTYLE.

ONCE PER MONTH ONE-ON-ONE COACHING (ATHLETE’S CHOICE: SWIM, BIKE OR RUN)

$60 (one time fee) for 60-minute initial consultation and assessment fee
$170/month with a 4-month commitment

$40 ATA membership fee (annual) if non-ATA member
$50/hour for additional one-on-one coaching (if schedule permits)

TRI-3 PERSONAL TRIATHLON COACHING

Calgary (and surrounding area) clients only – Limit of 2 athletes

ONLINE MONTHLY PROGRAMS TAILORED TO YOUR FITNESS LEVEL, GOALS AND LIFESTYLE.

TWICE PER MONTH ONE-ON-ONE COACHING (ATHLETE’S CHOICE: SWIM, BIKE OR RUN)

UNLIMITED PHONE CONVERSATION-CLIENT INITIATED

$60 (one time fee) for 60-minute initial consultation and assessment fee
$195/month with a 4-month commitment

$40 ATA membership fee (annual) if non-ATA member

$40/hour for additional one-on-one coaching (if schedule permits)

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

One-On-One Coaching (non TRI-1, TRI-2 or TRI-3 athlete) – $80/hour
Bike Shopping Help (Calgary clients only) - $20/hour for TRI-1
- FREE for TRI-2 and TRI-3 Level Clients

MONTHLY SINGLE SPORT PERSONAL COACHING- please email for rates

ADDITIONAL FEES

Travel Fee for Out-of-Calgary Meetings – $0.60 per KM

POLICIES

I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any rescheduling or cancellation of meetings or appointments. A $30 administration fee will be levied if you fail to do so. There is a 4-month commitment in each program. After the 4-month period, you are required to inform Deanne Jabs by email or phone of your discontinuation in the program. Failure to do so will result in continued monthly charges for the access to the website coaching and services. If for some reason you are unable to fulfill your 4-month commitment due to injury or illness, the service can be transferred or a credit will be remitted.

Deanne Jabs, race director and founder of Leaping Dog Racing, is a certified coach and can assist you in learning about triathlons and/or becoming a more efficient triathlete! She has 13 years experience in triathlons from sprint to Ironman distance and has initiated triathlon & cycling clinics for the last 10 years. View her athletic profile and her qualifications.
