WOMEN ONLY - “FIRST TIMER” TRIATHLON & TRANSITION CLINIC

With the Beginner in Mind!

THIS CLINIC HAS JUST BEEN ADDED BUT MAY FILL UP QUICKLY - REGISTER TODAY!

Location: Outside the Strathmore Aquatic Centre, 130 Brent Blvd.

6:30 - 8:30PM

This information clinic will discuss clothing, gear, what to eat & drink for your first triathlon. We will show an effective transition and flow of a triathlon. We will review the race rules and discuss why they are important.  The course of the STRATHMORE WOMEN’S TRIATHLON will be discussed (as well as any other local triathlon if requested.)  We will also discuss how to check your bike before every ride and race. We will answer all of your triathlon questions! Every attendee will receive an information folder and chances to win some draw prizes. Clinic limited to 40 women. Clinic fee: $20 (payment (cash or cheque) 5-10 minutes before clinic starts.)

Ladies registered in the August 9th Clinic may transfer to this earlier clinic if they wish. Please email Deanne.
